Welcome to OnCue. By accessing or using the OnCue platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. OnCue is a workforce coordination platform operated by Hite Media Services and is used for crew scheduling, communication, event staffing coordination, reminders, and operational notifications.
Service Description
OnCue helps organizations manage event staff, crew assignments, schedules, communications, and related operational updates. Users may receive service-related notifications by email and, if they choose to opt in, by SMS text message.
SMS Consent Communication
Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from OnCue, you may receive SMS messages related to:
- Shift assignments and crew scheduling updates
- Event reminders and reporting instructions
- Schedule changes or operational follow-up messages
- Account-related notifications
Example: “Hello, this is a reminder from OnCue about your upcoming shift assignment. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.”
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your assignments, upcoming events, schedule changes, and account activity. For example, users may receive several SMS messages in a given week related to crew scheduling, reminders, or assignment updates.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Charges may vary if messages are sent or received domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from OnCue by selecting the SMS consent option during account onboarding or through other account settings and consent flows made available within the platform. SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. The User will fill out an online form to request SMS notifications be sent.
Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. You may also contact us directly to request removal from SMS communications.

Additional SMS Options
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, do not select the SMS consent option during onboarding or other consent flows within the platform. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use OnCue where SMS notifications are optional.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or use OnCue in violation of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
OnCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Hite Media Services and OnCue are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
